This role is integral to ensuring smooth matchmaking operations by providing structured coordination, tracking, and client communication. Position Overview The Executive Assistant will serve as a key point of support for our matchmakers,. They will help us with the hiring of matchmakers by calling new applicants and making an introduction, once they are hired, ensuring they remain well-prepared, organized, and connected with clients. Responsibilities include regular check-ins, scheduling, record-keeping, and effective communication between matchmakers, clients, and the company.
